FUNNIER

Privacy policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

Funnier is a comedy game: two clips, you pick the funnier one. You can play without an account; your picks then stay in your own browser. This page explains what we keep if you sign in, and why.

What we store when you sign in with Google

What we don't do

Where it lives

Account data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for Funnier. Sign-in keeps a session token in your browser (and a secure cookie). Videos play in YouTube's official player, which is covered by Google's privacy policy. If you separately connect Bluesky in Advanced settings, your picks are also written as public records in your own Bluesky account.

Deleting your account

Open the account menu (the round icon, top right) and choose Delete my account. This calls DELETE /me on our API, which removes your user record and every row tied to it: your votes, friendships (both directions), invites you sent and their open records. It cannot be undone. Picks stored only in your browser stay there until you clear them in History.

Age

Funnier accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If you tell us you are younger, we don't create a profile.
